RevTrak is currently experiencing intermittent outages, which are affecting all users. We have determined that the issues are due to a hardware malfunction that is intermittently preventing users from logging in and making payments.
We’re sorry for this inconvenience. Our technical team is in the process of replacing the hardware causing the outages as quickly as possible. Although the system is currently online, the outages will likely continue until the replacement hardware is installed.
