Dear Students & Parents,

Family Access provides you with private access to grades and attendance information. To acquire an account, please email Shannon Capps at shannon@troupisd.org. In the subject line indicate Family Access or Skyward account and in the body of your email, please provide your name, your child's name, the school he/she attends and his/her school ID number. Your data will then be verified and your account information will be sent to you in 1 to 3 business days. Requests submitted during holidays and weekends will be addressed upon the next regular school day.

You may also pay for your child's lunch online through Family Access, too! Once your FA account is established you will be able to access the REVTrac online payment feature.New to RevTrac is a Single Point of Sales whereby parents can pay for all children in a single household at one time rather than individually. *Please note that our service fee calculation has changed from a flat rate to a percentage-based fee. If a fee applies to your transaction, you will see the updated fee amount at checkout. For more information and instructions, please download the RevTrac brochure.

Sincerely,
Shannon Capps
