Announcements:

  • Friday, December 19th is an early release day. The district will be closed for the Christmas Holiday from Monday, December 22, 2014-January 02, 2015. Monday, January 05, 2015 is a Teacher Workday with students returning on Tuesday, January 06, 2015.

  • Public Hearing Notice: The Troup Independent School District will hold a public hearing on January 12, 2015 at 4:30 pm in the Troup ISD Administrative Board Room. The purpose of this meeting is to review the annual TAPR (Texas Academic Performance Report). If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Katie Preast at 903-842-3067. Public attendance is encouraged.

  • January 2015 is School Board Recognition Month—a great time to focus on the crucial role our elected board of trustees plays in our community and school district. They are extraordinary people who voluntarily tackle the enormous job of guiding our school district. Their actions and decisions affect the present and future lives of our children. We extend out thanks and appreciation for their hardwork and dedication.

  • RFP for a Network Switch Upgrade.

  • The "Counselor's Corner" is available to students and parents providing many resources to assist with college and career planning. Resources range from tips on how to dress for interviews to applications for scholarships.

  • Remind 101 is a free and safe text message service for educators, allowing them to text students and parents with school updates & information. Troup High School & Troup Middle School now offer this service. If you are interested in receiving text messages from Mr. Smith, Troup High School Principal, or Mrs. Salgado, Troup Middle School Assistant Principal, regarding activities and events on either campus, you can download the instructions here: Text Notifications from Mr. Smith or Text Notifications from Mrs. Salgado.
