Child Care Services (CCS) offers affordable quality child care by providing child care to families striving to become self-sufficient. The East Texas Workforce Development Board purchases child care for eligible families through the Child Care Services system.

Parents who work a minimum of 25 hours per week, go to school, or participate in vocational training may be eligible for CCS.

If you believe you are eligible, you can contact Child Care Services at 1-800-676-8283. A CCS intake specialist will take your information over the phone and inform you whether you are potentially eligible for services.
