Business Services Department
Welcome to the Business Services Department. The primary goal of the Business Services Department is to manage and safeguard the financial resources of the District. We provide timely support in the processing of purchases for the district and we provide assistance to our employees with payroll and insurance. Additionally, we assist potential employees with the application process.

Stefanie Clevenger
Stefanie Clevenger is the district’s Payroll and Accounts Payable director and has been employed by Troup ISD since December 2004. She was born and raised in Hobbs, NM. She married Clay in 1986 and moved to Andrews, TX. They are proud parents of a daughter, Jenna, 15 yrs old. They moved to the Tyler area in January 1993 and have made East Texas their home.
Stefanie and her family attend First United Methodist Church of Bullard where she has served on the finance committee and was the Youth Coordinator.
Rita Salyer
Rita Salyer serves as the administrative office Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk and assists with the purchasing needs of the district. She has nine years experience employed with Independent School Districts and has been with Troup ISD since September 2006.
Rita is a resident of Troup. She enjoys music, gardening, painting, and sports. She and her husband Gary have been married 25 years. They attend First Baptist Church of Troup and have one son.
