Troup Independent School District Board Goals 2010-2011

Curriculum – Goal #1
Troup Independent School District will achieve Recognized status in the Spring of 2011 with at least one campus earning Exemplary status and no campus earning below Recognized status. Moreover, all sub-groups shall show a 10 % improvement.

Curriculum – Goal #2
Troup Independent School District will offer students increased opportunities to experience various career and vocational professions in grades seven through twelve with emphasis on early education.

Finance – Goal #3
Troup Independent School District will realize a fund balance that will be greater than or equal to $6,200,000 at the close of the fiscal year.

Community Relations – Goal #4
Troup Independent School District will continue to maintain a positive relationship with the community through superior channels of communication.
